Hi! My name is Ann Levings and I am both an RN and a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

My goal is to help you achieve optimum health and wellness. Witnessing the healing in my patients and myself, I have seen impressive results from acupuncture and Chinese medicine. I am grateful to be able to share the benefit of my extensive experience and education with you.

I can help you achieve the health and wellness you seek because of my unique education and licensing as both a  registered nurse and an acupuncturist in the State of California. I received my Bachelors degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, my Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, and my doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Yo San University in LA. My doctoral research was in PTSD recovery using acupuncture.

My 40+ years of nursing includes Intensive Care, Developmental Disabilities, and Addiction recovery. In my doctorate program,  I conducted research on PTSD and the use of acupuncture. I also received advanced training  in specialty acupuncture such as sports acupuncture and trigger point therapy, women's health, and healthy aging and longevity. I have advanced training and experience in a wide array of Chinese medicine modalities, such as herbal therapy, cupping, moxa,  TuiNa bodywork and manipulation, and QiGong. In both nursing and Chinese medicine, I have extensive background in nutrition and dietetics.

Your unique health care situation is of the utmost importance to me. I am happy to answer any questions you may have regarding integration between western modalities and acupuncture and Chinese medicine and how it can benefit you. Together we can work toward achieving your health and wellness goals. Call now to set your first appointment for admission: 530-255-8712
